Settle in with a glass of wine, enjoy light bites, and spend a relaxed afternoon creating something beautiful. In this intimate, hands-on workshop, you’ll design a floral arrangement that feels effortless and elegant, perfect to display at home or share as a thoughtful gift.
In partnership with Farmhouse Box and Bloom, your ticket includes a curated selection of seasonal blooms, a vessel, guided instruction, light fare, and a tasting of three carefully selected varietals. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and quietly celebratory.
Whether you’re honoring your mom, gathering with loved ones, or simply taking time for yourself, this experience meets you where you are. Along the way, you’ll learn the foundations of floral design, creating an arrangement that feels natural, balanced, and beautifully composed.

Mother’s Day at Bin 47 unfolds in a warm, wine-country dining room, shaped by soft light, seasonal cooking, and the hum of conversation, whether gathered with family or close friends.
Chef Maximillian Petty and the Culinary Team guide the day from brunch through dinner, offering a thoughtfully composed menu of seasonal dishes designed for sharing. Brunch specials bring a bright, spring-forward touch to the table, from a Crab Cake Benedict with poached eggs, grilled asparagus, and lemon-chive hollandaise, to a Spring Asparagus, Leek and Goat Cheese Tart with flaky pastry, soft herbs, and champagne vinaigrette, alongside Lemon Ricotta Stuffed Brioche French Toast with roasted strawberries, pistachio crumble, and vanilla-maple syrup.
The experience is rooted in the table, paced, generous, and quietly refined. A place to gather, to celebrate, and to honor the mothers in your life with ease and intention.

At The Shed, Mother’s Day unfolds with light, open views and the easy rhythm of a space shaped by the landscape. It’s an inviting place to gather with family, share a meal with friends, or enjoy a relaxed ladies’ day out.
Brunch, lunch, and dinner are served throughout the day with a menu of approachable favorites, including Signature Cobb Salad, Grilled Jerk Half Chicken, and hand-crafted pizzas, alongside seasonal dishes from the Culinary Team. A selection of specials rounds out the day, from Las Mañanitas Chilaquiles Verdes with roasted tomatillo salsa, pulled wood-fired chicken, sunny eggs, and all the classic finishes, to Pollo al Mole Skewers glazed in mole poblano with toasted sesame and warm blue corn tortillas, and a Concha Bread Pudding served warm with cajeta, cinnamon whipped cream, and macerated strawberries.
A relaxed setting for raising a glass to all who are celebrated on Mother’s Day.

Executive Chef Maximillian Petty is redefining destination dining in Woodinville with The Summit, an evolving, sixteen-course blind tasting inspired by the Pacific Northwest in season. Served Thursday and Friday evenings at the intimate Bin 47 Chef’s Counter inside The SOMM Hotel & Spa, the experience flows from water to pasture to forest, and concludes somewhere sweet, smoky, or unexpectedly delightful. Guests enjoy a behind-the-scenes chef tour, witnessing the artistry, rhythm, and care that go into each course. No two summits are the same, each shaped by time, tide, and terroir.

Join us for Industry Night from 5:00 pm to close at Bin 47 and The Shed, with 20% off food at both restaurants and happy hour beverage specials at The Shed. For a little extra restoration, enjoy 20% off Vin de Spa services from 5:00–8:00 pm, the perfect way to unwind (spa reservations required).
