We warmly invite you to join the Abeja team for a special pop-up tasting experience at The SOMM. This seated food and wine experience is offered for three days leading up to Father's Day, June 18-20.
Hosted in the Blending Room, this seated tasting begins with a welcome pour of Abeja's new Blanc de Blancs, followed by a curated flight of four estate and flagship wines. Each selection is thoughtfully paired with a seasonal small bite from The SOMM's Executive Chef Maximillian Petty and Bin 47.

There is a quiet rhythm to Walla Walla, where vineyard rows and farmstead fields move with the turning seasons. On the last evening of spring, just before summer arrives, that rhythm settles into something still and expectant. This year marks 25 years of Abeja Winery and the first-ever summer season at The SOMM.
A collaborative evening unfolds as an intimate Abeja Winery Dinner at The SOMM with winemakers Daniel Wampfler and Amy Alvarez-Wampfler. Wines from estate vineyards across the Walla Walla Valley and Columbia Valley will be artfully paired with a five-course dinner from The SOMM’s Executive Chef Maximillian Petty, James Beard-nominated.
Abeja began as a restored farmstead, with vineyards and gardens surrounding a working winery, Inn and restaurant, all part of a single living estate. That same sense of harmony carries through the evening, where each pairing reflects restraint, clarity, and place, marking both a season’s turn and a shared sense of arrival. This is a landmark celebration of Abeja’s 25th year and The SOMM’s first summer, where legacy and beginning share the same table.

Father’s Day at Bin 47 brings chef-driven comfort with Pacific Northwest soul. Enjoy a special Father’s Day menu alongside our full offerings, with dishes available à la carte. Highlights include Duck Fat Biscuits & Gravy with house-made biscuits, fennel sausage gravy, soft eggs, and chili crunch; the Flapjack Stack with whipped maple mascarpone and bourbon maple syrup; and Steak & Eggs Benedict with Wagyu bavette, potato pavé, and black garlic hollandaise. From the bar, sip a Cold Brew Old Fashioned with bourbon and black walnut bitters, or customize your own Michelada tableside with house mixes, Tajín, lime, pickles, and cold beer. A Father’s Day celebration shaped by comfort, craft, and wine country ease.

Father’s Day at The Shed celebrates dads and father figures with fire-kissed cuisine, craft cocktails, and sweeping rooftop views over Woodinville wine country. Perched above the valley that shapes its seasonal Pacific Northwest menu, The Shed opens at 11:00 AM, offering its full menu alongside a trio of Father’s Day specials. Reservations are highly encouraged.
Begin with the Dad Bod Wings: oversized sticky chili wings with pickles, celery, and buttermilk ranch. From there, the Coal Fired Pork Tomahawk arrives deeply charred and lacquered in bourbon peach glaze, served with smoked fingerling potatoes and broccolini kissed by the fire.
For dessert, Chef Max’s Ferrero Rocher “Cigar” provides a final flourish: dark chocolate hazelnut mousse layered with feuilletine crunch, toasted hazelnut praline, cocoa dust, and smoked vanilla cream, presented tableside in a smoking cigar box.

The Fourth of July is one of the highlights of summer at The SOMM. With the holiday spirit in full swing, it’s the perfect occasion to gather with friends, enjoy exceptional food and wine, and celebrate the season.
Start the day with brunch at Bin 47, serving our brunch menu throughout the morning and early afternoon. Bin 47 and the Bin 47 Lounge will be open throughout the day and will close at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 4th.
From there, we invite guests to continue the celebration at The Shed (opening at 11:00 am), where our special July 4th menu brings together refined summer classics, live-fire cooking, and a few festive indulgences created for the occasion. Highlights include the 250 Tomahawk, a shareable bone-in ribeye; the Firecracker Dog, a playful take on an American summer classic; and the Stars & Stripes Shortcake Sundae, finished with berries, vanilla cream, and whipped cream.

In partnership with Wildflower Dance Co., Watts Brewing, and Hoyle Hat Co., this lively gathering brings together the best of the season, from craft beverages and custom-fitted hats to a dance floor full of energy.
Whether you're just starting out or already know your way around a dance floor, Wildflower Dance Co. will guide guests through beginner-friendly line dances while weaving in beloved crowd favorites throughout the evening. The atmosphere is welcoming, spirited, and designed for everyone—the dreamers, the beginners, and the seasoned dancers alike.
Your evening includes Chef Max's famous BBQ buffet and line dancing instruction, with dancing beginning at 7:00 p.m. A no-host bar will be available throughout the night, featuring a selection of locally crafted beers from Watts Brewing, headlined by Wildflower amber lager. Wildflower was brewed in celebration of Brian James Was Here's album Wildflower, offering a welcoming malt profile with delicate floral notes that's perfect for summer nights with your favorite tunes. And it's the perfect dance partner for line dancing with Wildflower Dance Co!

Executive Chef Maximillian Petty is redefining destination dining in Woodinville with The Summit, an evolving, sixteen-course blind tasting inspired by the Pacific Northwest in season. Served Thursday and Friday evenings at the intimate Bin 47 Chef’s Counter inside The SOMM Hotel & Spa, the experience flows from water to pasture to forest, and concludes somewhere sweet, smoky, or unexpectedly delightful. Guests enjoy a behind-the-scenes chef tour, witnessing the artistry, rhythm, and care that go into each course. No two summits are the same, each shaped by time, tide, and terroir.
