The SOMM Hotel & Spa Celebrates our One-Year Anniversary
From September 28th through October 16th, we’re celebrating our first anniversary with featured glass pours in partnership with Moët Hennessy, plus the return of a few fan favorites on the menus in Bin 47 and The Shed. Whether you’ve been with us since day one or are just discovering The SOMM, we’d love to raise a glass with you. Come by for a favorite pour, settle in for dinner, and make a reservation to celebrate with us around the table. Most of all, thank you to our guests, our team, our friends, our neighbors, and the Woodinville community for making The SOMM what it is today. Here’s to a truly spectacular first year, and to all that’s still to come.

Annual Fall Celebration with Harvest Woodinville
Saturday, October 17th, 1:00 – 5:00 pm in the Harvest Yard | Complimentary, No RSVP Required
Join us Saturday, October 17th, between 1:00 and 5:00 pm for our first Harvest Fall Festival, an easygoing autumn afternoon in the Yard filled with live music, local wine, seasonal flavors, and plenty to discover. Wander through a handful of newly opened tasting rooms and businesses, settle in for live music by Brian James, find your perfect fall look at the custom hat bar by Hoyle Hat, and capture the season with styled family photos by LifeNLight. Along the way, enjoy hot apple cider and popcorn courtesy of The SOMM, then gather for the Harvest ribbon cutting with the Woodinville Chamber. Come sip, shop, explore, and linger awhile. We’ll have more surprises to share as the day unfolds.

The Haunted Shed

Something magical is brewing above Woodinville. From October 15th through November 1st, The Shed at The SOMM transforms into The Haunted Shed—an immersive Halloween setting serving seasonal cocktails, chef-led bites, sweeping valley views, and a little mystery after dark.
Join us daily for lunch or dinner beginning at 11:00 am and settle into the spirit of the season with autumn-inspired food and drinks. On Halloween night, Saturday, October 31st, The Haunted Shed comes alive with a DJ, a mad scientist behind the bar, a costume contest, and other festive surprises. Costumes are warmly encouraged. The DJ will play until 9:55 pm, with music continuing at the Bin 47 Lounge until 11:00 pm.

Discover The SOMM's dedicated wine blending room, a welcoming space where guests and locals alike can taste, blend, and bottle a truly custom-crafted wine. Guided by our on-site sommeliers, you’ll explore premium varietals sourced from across Washington State, learning the art of winemaking and the nuances of flavor as you create a personalized 375 ml bottle meant to be enjoyed during your visit.

Executive Chef Maximillian Petty is redefining destination dining in Woodinville with The Summit, an evolving, sixteen-course blind tasting inspired by the Pacific Northwest in season. Served Thursday and Friday evenings at the intimate Bin 47 Chef’s Counter inside The SOMM Hotel & Spa, the experience flows from water to pasture to forest, and concludes somewhere sweet, smoky, or unexpectedly delightful. Guests enjoy a behind-the-scenes chef tour, witnessing the artistry, rhythm, and care that go into each course. No two summits are the same, each shaped by time, tide, and terroir.

Every Sunday evening, The SOMM Hotel & Spa welcomes the hospitality community to slow down and savor a well-earned night off in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country. Join us for Industry Night from 5:00 pm to close at Bin 47 and The Shed, with 20% off food at both restaurants and happy hour beverage specials at The Shed. For a little extra restoration, enjoy 20% off Vin de Spa services from 5:00–8:00 pm, the perfect way to unwind (spa reservations required). Proof of industry employment required, and restaurant reservations warmly encouraged.
