This Valentine’s Day, Bin 47 invites you to an intimate evening of refined elegance with a seven-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Maximillian Petty. From briny Oysters and vibrant Kanpachi to silken Uni Chawanmushi, herb-accented Roasted and Pickled Beets, and a showstopping union of Wagyu Filet Mignon and Lobster, each course showcases artistry and layered flavors. The evening concludes with a lingering indulgence: dark chocolate, whiskey caramel, and crème fraîche sorbet.
