Our hotel is home to Woodinville’s first and only dedicated blending room where the public is invited to taste, blend, and bottle a truly custom-crafted wine. Guests are guided through the process using premium varietals sourced from across Washington state—creating a personalized bottle that reflects their palate.
The Blending Room also serves as a flexible space for curated pop-up events, private wine dinners, and immersive group experiences for up to 30 guests. From sommelier-led masterclasses to blind tasting challenges, food pairings, and winemaker-hosted evenings, it’s a one-of-a-kind venue designed to bring wine to life.
